Virtual Reality

Our program using virtual reality glasses transforms student preparation, making them more confident, effective, and ready for the cockpit from the very first moment in the simulator.

Our Airbus A320 Type Rating training program allows students to engage with the cockpit environment beyond the classroom, offering interactive familiarization tools that build confidence and accelerate learning. Upon entering the simulator, students are already familiar with the layout, flows, and procedures. This approach strengthens retention through repetition and hands-on interaction, ensuring key concepts stick in mind. It also adds flexibility, allowing training to continue anytime, anywhere. Ultimately, it bridges the gap between ground-based and simulator training, making the transition smoother and more effective.

Why choose the A320?

The Airbus A320 is the most widely operated narrow-body aircraft in Europe and one of the world’s most popular jet families, with more than 10,000 units sold globally. Used by hundreds of airlines, particularly in the short- and medium-haul market, holding an A320 type rating is a gateway to a solid career with extensive opportunities in commercial aviation.
With over 18,000 aircraft ordered, the A320 family dominates the market, making it the top choice for airlines worldwide.
The A320 cockpit shares common features with all Airbus aircraft, allowing seamless transitions between models. A single type rating qualifies you to fly the A319, A320, and A321, and with Cross Crew Qualification (CCQ), transitioning to Airbus wide-body aircraft is easier than ever.

The A320 family remains the top choice for airlines worldwide, generating a strong need for qualified pilots.

What will you get?

Our program offers pilots a safe and accessible way to practice procedures before progressing to the Full Flight Simulator (FFS). This approach allows for the development of muscle memory and reinforces confidence in flows and checklists, ensuring solid preparation. As a result, efficiency in the FFS is maximized, reducing the required training time. Furthermore, the program is certified, allowing hours to be officially logged in the pilot’s flight logbook.
Earn your A320 Type Rating and position yourself for career opportunities with airlines around the world.
All our instructors are highly experienced Airbus captains, bringing real-world airline experience to the training. Certification and career boost – Obtain your A320 type rating, positioning yourself for the best airline opportunities worldwide.

The academy training consists of computer-based training (CBT) sessions, theory, and APT. Students also receive Virtual Reality headsets that offer an artificial representation of the cockpit environment. During the theory portion, you need to pass 4 tests and a final exam.
Full A320 flight simulator training takes place in the most realistic replica of A320 cockpits. Passing an aptitude test is mandatory to proceed to the next phase.

You will hone your Type Rating skills during this stage while doing six take-offs and landings and one go-around on the current A320 aircraft. The training is organized at an agreed airport.

* Takes 1 day and is scheduled within 2 months of completing the previous phase.
